Laurent is Laurent Amzallag—born in Morocco, raised in Canada and lives and speaks the Mediterranean life!

Laurent believes in family and has strong family values—he was inspired to become a trainer by his uncle and mentor. He gives his skills to underprivileged kids.

But despite his busy schedule Laurent is as charming as he is highly trained, respected and sought-out for his creative ideas on fitness, training and nutrition and his unique programs that turn every workout into fun and laughter and results!
